NSE / Domestic Programs
National Student Exchange (NSE)
Study on another campus in the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands while paying the same tuition as you would studying at NDSU. You may also study abroad through NSE where you pay the host tuition and fees, such as Hawaii. Study for a single semester or academic year at one of 200 NSE participating colleges and universities. You can also chose to participate in both NSE and study abroad programs during your time at NDSU. Applications for NSE are due March 1 for study during the upcoming fall, academic year, and spring semesters.Visit the NSE U.S and NSE Canada websites for more information.

Navigate your Future: Florida, January 1 - 8, 2023
You will explore your personal interests as it relates career and academic goals, as well as discovering your own internal compass for what you enjoy learning. St. Augustine, FL is the setting where we will dive into experiential learning on topics related to beach and natural habitat conservation, circular economy, civil rights, Spanish history and cultural influences, and finally pirates of the historic coast. ANTH 496/695, ANTH Fieldwork in Red Cliff, June 17 - July 17, 2023
Students that have been approved to participate in the ANTH Fieldwork in Red Cliff program will have a $250 course fee billed to their student accounts during the summer 2023 semester. By completing the application in full, students are committing to participating in the program and will be responsible for the full program cost within 7 days of submitting the application. ARCH 372, Architecture New Mexico, March 28 - April 1, 2023
Students that have been approved to participate in the ARCH New Mexico program will have a $450 course fee billed to their student accounts during the spring 2023 semester. By completing the application in full, students are committing to participating in the program and will be responsible for the full program cost within 7 days of submitting the application. Within 7 days of submitting your application, if you no longer plan to attend you must email both the program leader and ndsu.studyabroad@ndsu.edu to indicate your withdrawal.
LA 499, Landscape Architecture San Francisco, November 11 - 15, 2022
Students that have been approved to participate in the LA 499 San Francisco program will have no course fee billed to their student accounts during fall 2022 semester, as the cost is tied to tuition. By completing the application in full, students are committing to participating in the program and will be responsible for the full program cost within 7 days of submitting the application.
